No and the food really isn't worth the price
Yes it is, they have a what I called upper and lower deck sitting area. Accessible for anyone.
It is a buffett style dining, not impressive at all. My advice, save money and go somewhere else for less and better. Adult fee is $34.99, youth (3 to 12 years of age) is $16.99. Above 12 is considered adult... Only here, I tell ya.

Yes the buffet is open, they are also open for dine in too.. if you don't want to dine in, you can get the buffet to go, if you want just crab leggs you can get 1lb of crab leggs for $19.99 either off the dine in menu or to do
